Smartness is building the future of hospitality tech from Italy. We seek a hands-on Operations/Revenue Operations professional to optimize GTM workflows, align Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership, and maintain a reliable CRM backbone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Operations, Enablement, or similar (Revenue/Sales Ops).
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English & Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Process-oriented with project coordination experience.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve GTM processes across Sales and Customer Success to boost efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and act as a bridge between teams to ensure a unified playbook.
• Become the operational backbone of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring data quality and workflow effectiveness.
• Bring structure to ambiguous projects by coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Contribute to operational excellence by analyzing workflows and reducing friction across the business.
