Compri AI in Milan is seeking a GTM Engineer who will own the systems behind our commercial engine, including CRM data model, signals, routing, and outreach tooling. You’ll work with Sales and Growth to ship automations that move the numbers.

This is an engineering role with a commercial brain. You’ll build in HubSpot, connect signals from website, LinkedIn, and procurement data, and ship AI-assisted workflows using n8n, Claude Code, and Clay.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Ops building systems
• Experience designing or restructuring a CRM data model
• Ability to call APIs and work with JSON and terminals
• Fluent with any integration platform (n8n, Make, Zapier) and shipping automations
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and agents

Aufgaben

• Own CRM foundation, data model, and pipeline structure in HubSpot
• Ingest and manage signals (website visits, engagement, procurement data) into accounts
• Build inbound routing, enrichment, and outreach tooling for the sales team
• Create pipeline systems tying marketing to sales and measuring impact
• Prototype and scale AI-based workflows and agents with relevant tools
