Smartness invites you to join a high-velocity team shaping the future of hospitality tech in Europe. You will own the GTM strategy, validate ideas, and drive new products with an internal startup discipline behind a scalable growth engine.

You will lead cross-functional squads, run lean experiments, and own early adoption, from positioning to first deals, tracking KPIs and iterating rapidly.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in startups or scale-ups.
• 2–3 years in GTM-heavy or founder-like roles.
• Proven success taking products from 0 to 1.
• Experience building MVPs with no-code tools.

Aufgaben

• Spot opportunities and validate ideas through research, interviews and MVPs.
• Run lean experiments with landing pages, prototypes and no-code tools.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) like an internal startup.
• Own go-to-market and early adoption, from positioning to first deals.
• Track KPIs and pivot fast, turning insights into growth.
• Drive end-to-end execution from 0 to MVP to initial traction.
