Job summary

Lexroom is seeking a Head of Operations to build and scale the operational engine powering Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance teams across Europe. You will design workflows, own the roadmap, and lead a team of operational specialists in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Based in Milan (hybrid), you will optimize GTM tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), drive AI-driven automations, and ensure data-backed decision making.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Business Operations, RevOps or GTM at high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven people management experience.
• Deep hands-on CRM expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• AI and automation mindset with production workflows.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven decisions.
• Based in Milan or willing to relocate; fluent in English; Italian-speaking core team.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize end-to-end workflows across Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance ops.
• Own the ops roadmap and prioritization to align with company strategy.
• Architect GTM tooling and CRM architecture; lead integrations.
• Lead AI adoption and automation across non-technical teams.
• Manage and grow the operations team, establish rhythms and escalation paths.
