Job summary

Workflows.io is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our fast-moving, remote-first team. You’ll map TAM, set up signal tracking, build CRM infrastructure, orchestrate outbound flows and drive multi-channel outreach for high-growth B2B SaaS clients.

You’ll collaborate with sales leaders, shape outbound plays, leverage Clay and n8n for automation, and help create repeatable growth processes. English fluency is required; experience in SaaS or RevOps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales or related roles (RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, GTM Engineering, AEs, BDR).
• Experience in high-velocity SaaS or an agency.
• Good knowledge of Clay.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and testing new tools.
• Everything is figureoutable mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Strategy / Play Selection: advise on outbound plays and tool selection; build lead allocation systems.
• List Building / Data Orchestration: TAM mapping; signal tracking; identify decision makers.
• Clay / Data Enrichment: AI account research; automation workflows with Clay / n8n; scoring based on engagement.
• Copywriting: craft multi-channel outbound sequences; report results and iterate.
• Communication: lead weekly client calls; use Notion & Slack for PM; contribute to SOPs.
