• Curious about using tech to improve Sales and Growth.
• Comfortable with data, tools, and systems.
• Hands-on and experimental with web scraping or automation.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve scalable outbound lead-generation systems.
• Research new data sources and unconventional ICP signals.
• Develop systems to collect, enrich and structure prospect data.
• Identify and test new outbound signals and intent signals.
• Improve quality and actionability of leads for BDRs.
• Build workflows and automations to speed up outbound motion.
