Job summary

Workflows.io is an AI-native GTM services company helping B2B SaaS companies scale revenue through multiple service lines. As Senior RevOps Specialist, you’ll map TAM, track signals, and optimize inbound flows, working across RevOps and ABM projects to improve HubSpot and Clay implementations.

You will collaborate with senior sales leaders, design responsive RevOps frameworks, and lead tool selection, lead allocation, and data orchestration efforts in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RevOps or related roles (Sales Ops, BizOps, GTM Ops).
• Experience with high-velocity SaaS, ideally PLG + SLG.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and testing new tools.
• Experience using HubSpot or Clay (ideally both).

Responsibilities

• Tool selection: advise clients on sales tools based on challenges.
• Lead allocation: build systems for optimal prospect distribution.
• TAM mapping: create ICP models from firmographics, technographics, signals.
• Signal tracking: monitor 1st/2nd/3rd party signals by company stage.
• Contact sourcing: identify decision makers, champions, and users.
