Job summary

AccessiBit is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and optimize the automation stack that powers customer acquisition and follow-up. You will own integrations across CRM, prospecting tools, and outreach platforms, building AI-powered pipelines and dashboards that track pipeline and revenue.

You will work autonomously, applying strong technical judgment and leveraging AI to improve daily workflows, channels, and playbooks. Remote-friendly with Italy-focused coverage, full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Built go-to-market automations or integrations used by sales teams.
• Skilled in writing scripts and integrations (TypeScript or Python) with APIs.
• Prefer solving problems over following step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain flows between CRM, prospecting tools and outreach platforms.
• Build AI-powered lead enrichment and qualification pipelines.
• Automate sales processes from lead signal to follow-up.
• Create dashboards showing pipeline and revenue drivers.
• Test new channels and playbooks with sales and marketing.
• Use LLMs and AI agents while maintaining control of results.
