AccessiBit is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and optimize the automation stack that powers customer acquisition and follow-up. You will own integrations across CRM, prospecting tools, and outreach platforms, building AI-powered pipelines and dashboards that track pipeline and revenue.

You will work autonomously, applying strong technical judgment and leveraging AI to improve daily workflows, channels, and playbooks. Remote-friendly with Italy-focused coverage, full-time engagement.

• Skilled in writing scripts and integrations (TypeScript or Python) with APIs.

At AccessiBit we're looking for a GTM Engineer who can build the engine we use to find, reach and follow up with customers, and see it all the way through.

We're not looking for someone who just configures tools. We're looking for someone autonomous, with ownership, sound technical judgement and the ability to use AI as a real lever in their daily work.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain the flows between CRM, prospecting tools and outreach platforms
• Build AI-powered lead enrichment and qualification pipelines
• Automate the sales team's processes, from lead signal to follow-up
• Create reports and dashboards that show what drives pipeline and revenue
• Test new channels and playbooks together with sales and marketing
• Use LLMs and AI agents every day

Stack

HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, PostHog, TypeScript, Python, APIs and webhooks.

You don't need to know all of it perfectly. We care much more about how you tackle new problems and how fast you can move.

We're looking for someone who

• Has already built go-to-market automations or integrations that a sales team actually used
• Can write scripts and integrations (TypeScript or Python) and work with APIs
• Would rather get a problem to solve than step-by-step instructions
• Communicates well with both sellers and developers
• Automates repetitive work instead of putting up with it
• Uses LLMs and AI agents while staying in control of the result

Process
