Job summary

Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a senior leader to own 360° the business in small and medium Italian cities with full P&L responsibility. You will define prioritization strategies and drive growth across the Italian market.

You will lead a team of 10+ professionals, shape long-term city strategies, and leverage regional resources to hit ambitious objectives. English and Italian required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own 360° business in small/medium Italian cities with P&L responsibility.
• Lead a team of 10+ people to achieve ambitious objectives.
• Define and pursue long-term city strategies using Italy and regional resources.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with retailers and stores for the platform.
• Be involved, proactive, and drive execution with a hands-on approach.
