Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the WSS vertical across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal sectors. Develop GTM strategies, expand channels and partnerships, and analyze market trends to drive revenue and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and regional teams, manage the European funnel, and travel across Europe to engage customers and validate opportunities. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in business development, sales or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Experience developing go-to-market and channel expansion strategies.
• Fluency in English required.

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS in Europe.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis on lost opportunities.
• Accompany regional teams on customer visits and site feasibility.
• Identify training needs to strengthen market expertise.
• Act as catalyst for growth with cross-functional collaboration.
