Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager for the WSS vertical expansion across Europe. You will drive growth in Industrial and Municipal sectors, develop GTM strategies, and support channel/partner ecosystems while aligning with product and pricing strategies.

The role requires strong market analysis, collaboration across functions, and the ability to travel up to 50% in Europe. Fluency in English and a relevant degree are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in business development, sales, or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS market presence in Europe.
• Identify and develop new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies.
• Conduct market analysis on customer needs, trends, and EU legislation.
• Forecast demand for rental assets and new products.
• Support product line growth and new launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Maintain the European opportunity funnel and KPIs.
