Smartness invites an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Italian and international markets. Based remotely in Italy or Spain, you will lead revenue growth by expanding existing relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customers extract maximum value from our platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product, monitor KPIs, train customers, reduce churn, and optimize CS processes using cutting-edge tools.

Competenze

• 3-5 years in a SaaS company in a CSM or Account Management role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue expansion within existing customers.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience using CRM tools to monitor engagement and drive expansion.
• Customer-centric CS methodologies knowledge.

Mansioni

• Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow ARR.
• Manage a high volume of daily customer interactions to drive engagement.
• Ensure product adoption through proactive training and regular reviews.
• Analyze customer behavior and product usage to maximize CLV.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product for a seamless customer experience.
• Refine CS processes and leverage CS tools to automate tasks.
