Job summary

Smartness is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth by maximizing value from our hospitality SaaS platform. You will focus on retention, expansion, and upselling while hitting ambitious targets.

You will manage many daily customer interactions, train users, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with Sales and Product to improve the customer journey. The role requires 3-5 years in SaaS in CSM/AM or Sales, strong CRM skills (Salesforce/HubSpot), and German as a mother

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a SaaS role (CSM/Account Mgmt/Sales).
• Proven upsell and cross-sell experience.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities to grow ARR and expand accounts.
• Exceed upsell/cross-sell revenue quotas with a strategic approach.
• Manage high-volume daily customer interactions to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Ensure product adoption via training, check-ins and strategic business reviews.
• Analyze customer data to pinpoint optimization and maximize lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product for a seamless customer experience.
• Refine CS processes and automate routine tasks.
