Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Growth Manager to maximize email as a growth channel for GetQR. You will design audience segmentation, build personalized lifecycle journeys, and lead experiments to improve conversion, activation, and retention.

Ideal candidates combine analytical skills, customer insight, and hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing and experimentation, collaborating with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in email or lifecycle marketing.
• 2+ years in growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience building audience segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Ability to translate research into messaging and flows.
• Experience developing experiments to improve conversion, activation, retention.
• Strong copywriting across subject lines and lifecycle content.
• Proven ability to link email performance to business outcomes.
• Experience with event-based automation and email deliverability.
• Fluent English and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the email and lifecycle growth roadmap.
• Research customer needs and identify audience segments.
• Develop segmentation based on use cases and product behavior.
• Build onboarding, activation, conversion, retention journeys.
• Define triggers, timing, branching, and exit conditions.
• Run A/B tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor deliverability and engagement to sustain growth.
