MSC Technology Italia S.r.l. in Turin, Italy, seeks an experienced Global Workplace Operations Specialist to join the Global IT Workplace Operations team.

You will support and operate the company’s global workplace environment, ensuring effective incident resolution, application support, endpoint management, and a high-quality end-user experience. You will act as an escalation point for Local IT teams and the Global Service Desk, working with SMEs and external vendors to resolve complex issues,

Competenze

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across hardware, OS, and applications.
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service-management practices.

Mansioni

• Provide operational support for global workplace environment (Windows 11, M365, Citrix, Printix, PCs, mobiles).
• Resolve incidents escalated by Local IT teams and Global Service Desk.
• Track incidents through resolution and escalate urgent issues as needed.
• Support administration, testing, deployment, release, and change management of workplace apps and services.
• Collaborate with vendors (Microsoft, Dell) to resolve complex issues.
• Train Local IT teams and Service Desk; maintain knowledge base and docs.
• Contribute to IT asset management and ITSM activities per ITIL standards.
• Assist workplace optimization and continuous improvement projects.
