MSC Technology Italy is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Management (SDM) Manager to join its Global Operations Center in Turin. You will ensure delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and global IT functions.

This role focuses on IT Service Management, Infrastructure & Cloud Operations, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, service quality, and

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Service Delivery Management and IT Operations.
Strong knowledge of Azure, ITIL, monitoring, and cloud services.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor management, and communication skills in English.

Mansioni

Ensure delivery, performance, availability, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services.
Oversee Hybrid cloud operations and enterprise infrastructure.
Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident processes per ITIL.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality; drive remediation.
Interface between business, technical teams, vendors and security functions.
Support BC, service resilience, automation, and continuous improvement.
