OTB Group is seeking a senior Total Reward and Performance Management professional to act as a global reference for MBO, LTI, job architecture, and related analytics. The role partners with HR Leadership and business stakeholders to enable fair, transparent, and performance-driven decisions worldwide.

Based in Milan, the role will drive cross-brand programs, ensure governance, and lead EU Pay Transparency initiatives while shaping scalable reward frameworks across regions and brands.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Total Reward, PM and HR analytics in international settings.
• Experience with MBO, LTI, job grading, salary benchmarking and pay equity.
• Ability to turn data into strategic narratives for initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
• Able to lead global programs in complex organizations.
• Comfort working in global, matrix structures with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Lead annual design, implementation and governance of STI/MBO programs.
• Own MBO and PM modules in HRIS platforms; monitor and evolve.
• Evolve LTI plans with governance and benchmarking.
• Define global reward policies balancing equity and sustainability.
• Act as SME for job architecture and grade framework.
• Lead Total Reward transformation for EU Pay Transparency.
• Oversee salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
• Architect and guardian of Group PM framework; oversee KPI framework.
