Willis Towers Watson Milano is seeking a Rewards Data Intelligence Associate Manager to grow the business, manage client relationships and sell our B2B remuneration data, software and data-based solutions.

You will roll out industry surveys, advise clients on rewards practice, cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe while coaching team members. Fluent English and at least 5 years in compensation or HR consulting are required.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation or HR consultancy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work with multiple clients globally in a fast-paced environment.
