RadiciGroup is seeking a Total Reward & Workforce Planning Expert to join the Group HR Team. The role offers a key chance to shape global compensation policies, workforce planning, and HR analytics across RadiciGroup and DOMO entities within an international environment.
You will partner with HR Business Partners and management in multiple countries, lead salary benchmarking, policy design, and budget processes, and ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency directives.

RadiciGroup and DOMO Engineered Materials are now part of a new industrial group under the ownership of Lone Star Funds. This new structure combines RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers with DOMO’s engineered Materials activities, creating a broader, internationally integrated industrial group.
RadiciGroup is looking for a Total Reward & Workforce Planning Expert to join the Group HR Team within the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Global Total Reward, Workforce Planning, and HR Analytics strategies, operating within an international environment that includes both RadiciGroup and DOMO companies.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and management teams across the various countries in which the Group operates, contributing to the definition of compensation policies, incentive systems, workforce planning processes, and initiatives aimed at ensuring competitiveness, internal equity.
The position will report directly to the Group Head of Human Resources.
Salary range for the position:55.000 - 75.000 €(The salary will be confirmed on the basis of the experience, technical skills, seniority (5 + years) and business context of origin).
