RadiciGroup is seeking a Total Reward & Workforce Planning Expert to join the Group HR Team. The role offers a key chance to shape global compensation policies, workforce planning, and HR analytics across RadiciGroup and DOMO entities within an international environment.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and management in multiple countries, lead salary benchmarking, policy design, and budget processes, and ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency directives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Reward and HR analytics in international environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Location: Bergamo

RadiciGroup and DOMO Engineered Materials are now part of a new industrial group under the ownership of Lone Star Funds. This new structure combines RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers with DOMO’s engineered Materials activities, creating a broader, internationally integrated industrial group.

RadiciGroup is looking for a Total Reward & Workforce Planning Expert to join the Group HR Team within the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Global Total Reward, Workforce Planning, and HR Analytics strategies, operating within an international environment that includes both RadiciGroup and DOMO companies.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and management teams across the various countries in which the Group operates, contributing to the definition of compensation policies, incentive systems, workforce planning processes, and initiatives aimed at ensuring competitiveness, internal equity.

The position will report directly to the Group Head of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Defining and evolving global reward and recognition policies, balancing competitiveness, internal equity and sustainability
• Lead market benchmarking and salary range design;
• Design salary policy and analyse internal compensation practices;
• Coordinate the HR budget process at group level, defining timing, actors and content;
• Analyse labour market trends to address and define HR budget and salary review process;
• Support short- and long-term incentive plan design;
• Collaborate closely with HR Business partners in all the countries of the Group;
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for Salary benchmarking;
• Guarantee the update and the correct activity of the HRIS platforms (SAP Success Factor), ensuring continuous monitoring and updating;
• Guarantee the quality of the reporting data;
• Guarantee the alignment and implement the activity to align the policy to the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including organizational design and job architecture optimization, policy definition, compliance frameworks and internal communication initiatives;
• Guarantee an accurate HR Budget and Cost analysis of the workforce by acting with a stricture methodology in all the countries and be a support for the decision of the business leaders;
• The candidates will have to prepare and manage training for knowledge sharing and education on global projects.
  

Skills and Competences

• Good knowledge of MBO and STI system;
• Solid experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), with hands-on exposure to Performance Management and Incentive (MBO) modules;
• Capability to interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and assess business impact of reward decisions;
• Experience to work with complex organization structure with diverse stakeholders;
• Strong orientation to Project management
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify business implications, and translate findings into strategic actions for leadership decision-making.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Reward, and HR analytics in international and complex environments
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Smart Working

Salary range for the position:55.000 - 75.000 €(The salary will be confirmed on the basis of the experience, technical skills, seniority (5 + years) and business context of origin).
