RadiciGroup is seeking a Total Reward & Workforce Planning Expert to join the Group HR Team. The role offers a key chance to shape global compensation policies, workforce planning, and HR analytics across RadiciGroup and DOMO entities within an international environment.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and management in multiple countries, lead salary benchmarking, policy design, and budget processes, and ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency directives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Reward and HR analytics in international environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Define global reward and recognition policies balancing competitiveness and equity.
• Lead market benchmarking and salary range design.
• Design salary policy and analyze internal compensation practices.
• Coordinate the HR budget process at group level.
• Ensure HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors) are up to date and accurate reporting.
• Align policy with EU Pay Transparency Directive.
