Hitachi Energy seeks a Global Technical Instructional Designer to build and govern the inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Expertise, creating technical content for a 12,000+ employee network. You will shape learning paths, assessments, stories and videos across branded standards and safety requirements.

You will interpret skill matrices, develop step-by-step guides, and drive continuous improvement through analytics and feedback while partnering with cross-cultural stakeholders.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge of adult micro-learning and role-based training design.
• Experience with skill mapping and learning paths.
• Proficient with: Camtasia, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), and Adobe Creative Suite.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Global Learning Manager to create content for the Global HV Learning Center of Expertise.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, certifications, scenarios, and interactive activities.
• Create guides, best-practice docs, infographics, videos, and gamified learning content.
