Hitachi Energy seeks a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to support 12,000+ employees in the High Voltage Business Unit. This role will help architect our inaugural training center of expertise and establish global processes, standards, change plans, and analytics for digitizing training content.

You will administer the Cornerstone LMS, coach managers and trainers, create role- and skill-based learning paths, and collaborate with SMEs to prioritize content and drive

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years in andragogy, training, LMS in manufacturing/engineering or tech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred with concentration in technology, adult education, organizational management, technical writing, or instructional design.
• Minimum 5 years in Learning Management System administration, preferably Cornerstone.
• Comfort working in a production plant environment with PPE.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage upload and review of courses, content, and analytics in Cornerstone LMS.
• Coach managers, admins, and trainers on digitization and tracking of training (VILT, online, ILT).
• Create and lead knowledge assets, best practices, guides, and short videos for the LMS.
