Hitachi Energy in Milano, Italy, seeks a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to shape our inaugural training center of expertise and drive the digitization of training content. You'll manage Cornerstone LMS for courses, content, and analytics, coach admins and SMEs, and develop role- and skill-based learning paths and internal certifications.
The role requires 10+ years in learning management or adult education, a bachelor's degree (master preferred), and strong writing,
Competenze
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning theories and pedagogy.
- Experience with role-, level-, and skill-based learning.
- Strong technical writing and copy editing skills.
- Proficiency in managing and digitizing training content in enterprise LMS.
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is a plus.
- 10+ years in learning management or related fields across manufacturing/engineering/education/technology industries.
Mansioni
- Lead the creation of a global HV training center of expertise and knowledge community.
- Manage upload, review, and analytics of courses within Cornerstone LMS.
- Coach managers, admins, and trainers on digitization and tracking of training.
- Develop learning paths, certifications, and content mappings for roles and skills.
