Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Instructional Designer to support 12,000+ employees in the High Voltage Business Unit. This role will help architect our inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Expertise and create engaging technical content and courses using micro-learning and role- focused methods.

You will work with cross-functional leaders to define objectives, build assessments, stories, scenarios, and videos, ensuring safety, quality and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Technology, Science, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design.
• Advanced knowledge in adult learning and instructional design.
• Experience with high-stakes internal examinations.
