Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to lead the digitization and governance of global training programs in the High Voltage unit. You will architect the first Training Center of Expertise, align standards, and drive analytics for content, records, and skill assessments.

You will collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and global admins to design learning paths, certifications, and content mappings while upholding safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in learning management, adult education, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in technology, adult education, organizational management, technical writing, or instructional design.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is a strong plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead digitization of training content and analytics for global audience in High Voltage.
• Manage upload/review of courses, content, and analytics in Cornerstone LMS.
• Develop role- and skill-based learning paths and internal certifications.
• Create and guide knowledge assets, guides, and short videos for the LMS.
• Collaborate with SMEs and global admins on content priorities and best practices.
• Drive global LMS curriculum, standards, and process documentation.
• Summarize training data for continuous improvement and reporting.
