Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to support 12,000+ employees in the High Voltage Business Unit. You will architect the inaugural training center, create global processes, and lead analytics for digitization of training content, records, curriculum assignments, and assessments.

With 10+ years in andragogy, LMS administration (Cornerstone), and a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), you will collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional leaders to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred with focus in technology, adult education, organizational management, technical writing, or instructional design.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in andragogy, training, LMS in manufacturing/engineering/education/tech.
• Minimum of 5 years of LMS administration experience, preferably Cornerstone.
• Comfort working in a production plant and PPE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage upload and review of courses, content, and analytics in Cornerstone LMS; coach admins on digitization and tracking of training.
• Create knowledge assets: best practices, guides, troubleshooting, and short videos for the LMS.
• Collaborate with Global Learning Manager and cross-functional leaders to identify priority content needs.
• Guide SMEs and global admins on knowledge sharing and digitization best practices.
• Lead training-based projects aligned with High Voltage goals to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain global LMS curriculum assignments, learning paths, standards, and asset reviews.
• Analyze training data to drive continuous improvement.
