Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Instructional Designer to architect and build our inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Expertise, delivering engaging content and learning solutions for 12,000+ employees.

You will design role-based objectives, assessments, and multimedia training while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across global teams. A bachelor’s degree is required; master’s preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Technology, Science, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design.
• 10+ years in andragogy learning, training, or knowledge content management in manufacturing, engineering, or tech.
• Experience creating content including guides, videos, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication across a global organization.

Mansioni

• Create content to fulfill critical knowledge needs and establish the Global HV Learning Center of Expertise.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, certifications, stories, scenarios, and multi-modal content.
• Interpret skill matrices to identify gaps and build step-by-step guides, infographics, videos, and courses.
• Lead projects with on-time, high-quality delivery and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
