Hitachi Energy in Milan, Italy, seeks a Global Technical Instructional Designer to support 12,000+ employees in the High Voltage Business Unit and help architect the inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Excellence. You will create engaging technical content and courses using micro-, people-centric, role- and level-based learning methods.

You will interpret skill matrices to identify knowledge gaps and develop step-by-step guides, graphics, videos, and interactive activities while ensuring

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in Technology, Science, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design.
• 10+ years of experience in adult learning and knowledge content management.
• Advanced proficiency with Camtasia, Articulate 360, Screen Capture, Vyond, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cultures.
