Tools & Certification
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MSOffice (mandatory Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, reporting systems, and communication platforms (Ie : JIRA).
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile methodologies) are considered a plus but are not mandatory if offset by substantial relevant experience.
Skills
  • Communication & Presentation – delivering clear, persuasive updates to senior management.
  • Problem solving – anticipating obstacles and proposing quick & feasible solutions.
  • Adaptability – managing changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Your role in the team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Global team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects related to Sales area across all the Regions. You will collaborate closely with Sales team, OPS, IT, Client Services, and various internal / external stakeholders across all over the world to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional results within defined parameters.

  • Lead and manage projects primarily related to Sales area and Clients.
  • Define Project Scope, collect main requirements, coordinate project activities, collaborating with key stakeholders (Sales, Product, IT, external providers, etc).
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle and ensure accurate budget estimation and project analysis in collaboration with all the area involved (internal / external and clients).
  • Manage communication and engagement with internal departments, such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Client Services, etc.
  • Reporting Top Mgmt (Recurrent meeting, SteerCo, Board Committee, etc).
  • Directly accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Assist on CAPEX analysis and definition.
  • Monitoring & Oversight of client's change request (ie : CS List).
