Job summary

ZEGNA in Milan is seeking a Global Retail Excellence & Capabilities Manager to translate global capability frameworks into excellent execution across markets. You will bridge HQ and field, identify capability gaps, and provide hands-on support to stores.

You will conduct regular visits, support APAC training, roll out initiatives, coach Store Managers, and share best practices. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is strongly preferred, with 5–6 years in luxury retail or capability

Qualifications

• At least 5–6 years in luxury retail, training, retail excellence or capability development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to priority markets and stores to ensure Retail Capabilities and Guest Experience standards.
• Bridge HQ and APAC Retail and Training teams; support markets with capacity gaps or priorities.
• Roll out and validate global initiatives, pilots and projects across markets; share best practices.
