Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A is seeking a Retail Facility Specialist based in Milan to support the Retail Facility Manager with maintenance for stores in the region. You will coordinate planned and corrective maintenance, track schedules, and liaise with stores and vendors to ensure timely, compliant work.

The role requires 3–4 years in facility management, a degree in Architecture/Engineering, strong cost-tracking and Excel skills, and CAD knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in facility management or similar roles, preferably in retail.
• University degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with cost-tracking experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CAD.

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Retail Facility Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us to support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the region. You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. More specifically you will:

• Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standards
• Track and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions
• Act as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress
• Follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Support vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system
• Collaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities
• Participate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments
• University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)
• Good analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of CAD
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

WHAT WE OFFER

The position provides for a base salary between: 35,000-40,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
