ZEGNA is seeking a Global Retail Excellence & Capabilities Manager based in Milan to translate global capability frameworks into outstanding execution across markets. You will connect HQ with field teams, identify capability gaps, and drive programs that elevate Retail and Guest Experience standards.

You bring 5–6 years in luxury retail or capability development, strong coaching and stakeholder skills, and APAC exposure with Mandarin preferred.

Competenze

• At least 5-6 years of experience in luxury retail, training, retail excellence or capability development roles.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, retail experience and store dynamics.
• Proven coaching and feedback skills with Store Managers and retail teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Significant exposure to APAC markets, with Greater China experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.

• Conduct regular visits across priority markets and stores to ensure excellence in Retail Capabilities and Guest Experience standards.
• Act as a bridge between HQ and APAC Retail and Training teams.
• Act as a flexible global training resource, stepping into markets where additional support is required due to capacity gaps or business priorities.
• Deliver selected programs across different retail populations, from Style Advisors to Store Management.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Global Retail Excellence & Capabilities Manager based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us ensure that Global Retail Capability frameworks, standards and strategic programs are consistently translated into excellent execution across markets. You will act as a direct connection between HQ and the field, identifying capability and execution gaps, providing hands‑on support where needed, and bringing structured market insights back into global capability planning and program evolution.

You’ll work closely with the tram to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. More specifically you will:

• Conduct regular visits across priority markets and stores to ensure excellence is achieved in Retail Capabilities and Guest Experience standards
• Act as a bridge between HQ and APAC Retail and Training teams
• Act as a flexible global training resource, stepping into markets where additional support is required due to capacity gaps or business priorities
• Support Market Trainers and In‑Store Trainers in reinforcing global methodologies and standards
• Support Market Trainers and In‑Store Trainers in reinforcing global methodologies and standards
• Deliver selected programs across different retail populations, from Style Advisors to Store Management
• Support Market Trainers and In‑Store Trainers in reinforcing global methodologies and standards
• Support the rollout and field validation of key global initiatives, pilots and special projects
• Share best practices and emerging capability needs across markets

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring at least 5-6 years of experience in luxury retail, training, retail excellence or capability development roles
• You have a strong understanding of luxury retail, retail experience and store dynamics
• You have proven coaching and feedback skills with Store Managers and retail teams
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
• Significant professional exposure to APAC markets, with Greater China experience strongly preferred
• You have strong analytical, observation and capability assessment skills
• You communicate fluently in English; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred

WHAT WE OFFER

The position provides for a base salary between: € 50.000-60.000

Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.

Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training
