Generali is seeking a senior property risk engineering leader to provide global technical support and drive practical risk management solutions across countries and business units. The role emphasizes collaboration with global and country stakeholders to deliver consistent guidelines, tools and data quality improvements.

You will contribute to risk engineering outputs that support underwriting, client engagement and portfolio management, while leading initiatives for continuous performance

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Risk Management or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7-10 years’ experience in property risk engineering, preferably within the insurance, industrial risk or loss prevention sector.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (e.g. Italian).

Mansioni

• Provide global technical support for Property Risk Engineering across countries and business units.
• Drive development of risk management and loss prevention solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver global projects, guidelines and tools.
• Monitor data quality and reporting standards across GC&C.
