Generali is seeking a senior property risk engineering leader to provide global technical support and drive practical risk management solutions across countries and business units. The role emphasizes collaboration with global and country stakeholders to deliver consistent guidelines, tools and data quality improvements.

To strengthen the Global Property Risk Engineering and Loss Prevention value proposition by providing technical leadership, operational support and high-quality risk engineering services to internal and external stakeholders.
The role supports global and local teams in delivering consistent, technically robust and commercially relevant risk engineering outputs, while helping to improve data quality, operational effectiveness and client value across GC&C.
The position will be offered at Job Level 7, under the terms of the ANIA National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL ANIA) for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Collective Agreement.
The starting gross annual salary will range between €75.000 and €90.000. The final compensation package will be determined in line with the candidate’s professional experience and the technical and soft skills relevant to the role and may also include an individual variable compensation component.
