Generali is seeking a Compliance Governance & Oversight professional to join an international team supporting the Chief Compliance Officer across GBEs. You will consolidate information for risk assessment, monitoring and reporting, and help review governance frameworks, plans and reports.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the global Compliance network, gain exposure to senior management, and contribute to a diverse set of regulatory topics while benefiting from smart working and

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a field related to Compliance, Risk Management or Governance.
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, legal, or asset management/financial services.
• International professional experience.
• Business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Italian is a plus; knowledge of French and German is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI and compliance data tools.

Mansioni

• Analyze and consolidate information from multiple GBEs to support risk assessment, monitoring and reporting activities.
• Contribute to the review of Compliance Plans, Reports and governance frameworks across markets.
• Participate in thematic assessments and monitoring initiatives covering compliance topics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the global Compliance network and interact with senior management.
