Allianz AGCS, Milano, seeks a Senior Property Underwriter for Italy and Southern Europe. Based in Milano, you will join the Property WW UW Community to underwrite large corporate risks and renewals, while developing bespoke solutions for key clients and brokers.

You will collaborate with a global team, manage portfolios, negotiate terms, and drive regional strategy as part of the Local CUO, contributing to profitable growth across Southern Europe.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as an underwriter, broker, or equivalent in property insurance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills in an international matrix organization.
• Working knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the Property Line of Business regional strategy and support global LoB initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
• Ownership of large accounts and ultimate responsibility for portfolios.
• Manage local portfolio with pipelines, plans, and portfolio analyses.
• Coordinate with Distribution to drive execution of strategic plans.
• Support acquisition of new business and retention of existing clients.
