Deel is seeking a technical consultant to lead API-driven integrations for a diverse client base. You will guide onboarding and success teams, troubleshoot complex integration questions, and drive projects from planning through deployment at scale.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver seamless integrations. You will work with HRIS/ERP systems and multi-project environments, requiring strong communication and proactive problem solving to meet

Competenze

2–5 years in Technical Consulting, PM, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of API integrations and cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive problem solving and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

Mansioni

Lead integration programs for Deel product suite from plan to deployment.
Be the main contact for Onboarding and Success teams on integrations.
Troubleshoot integration/API issues with internal teams to find solutions.
Oversee customer integration projects from requirements to testing and execution.
Create tailored integration plans based on client needs.
Maintain deep product knowledge and develop self-serve resources.
