TeamSystem is seeking a Payments Process Owner to join the Global Receivables Management team within the Finance Department. You will define and govern the customer payment process across Group companies, driving a phased rollout in Italy, Spain and France with later extensions.

In Italy you will coordinate the Incomes & Back Office, design end-to-end processes, set policies and controls, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and ICT to enable automation and AI-driven

Competenze

• Proven experience in designing multi-country payment and cash application processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (senior level on at least one platform).
• BI tooling experience for process dashboarding (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
• Experience working in multinational environments with group governance.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end payment and cash application processes aligned with Group Order-to-Cash architecture.
• Define policies, SOPs, and controls for the payment process across operating countries (SoX readiness).
• Coordinate the Incomes & Back Office team in Italy to ensure process quality and SLA adherence.
• Align country units (Italy, Spain, France first) on standard model adoption and country-specific requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs: DSO, on-time payment rate, cash application rate, aging, unapplied cash.
• Interface with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and ICT to evolve processes (automation, bank reconciliation, payment hub).
• Lead continuous improvement: drive RPA, AI for cash application, dispute management, and dunning.
• Support rollout of the I2C SaaS platform with initial deployment in Italy, Spain and France, then Turkey and Israel.
