Satispay S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a Project Manager - Finance Transformation to bridge Product/Business and Finance teams, leading end-to-end transformation projects focusing on tax compliance, billing engines, and financial front-end management.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting, drive process automation, and support welfare product initiatives, with a strong ownership mindset.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, FinTech Operations, or financial systems implementation.
• Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing systems, and basic corporate tax/VAT logic applied to digital products or payments.
• Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines, ownership, and accountability.

Mansioni

• Product & Finance Integration - primary Finance stakeholder in product development cycles to define and implement billing, tax, and accounting requirements.
• Tax & Fiscal Compliance PMO - lead the implementation of fiscal, VAT, and regulatory requirements for new products across European jurisdictions.
• Billing & Invoicing Architecture - supervise and optimize billing engine flows for new business lines, ensuring compliant invoicing for B2B and B2C.
• Finance Front-End Management - own and improve financial front-end processes, ensuring reconciliation between core platform and back-office systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting teams.
• Process Automation - identify opportunities to automate manual financial workflows and drive scalability.
• Welfare Scope - manage processes for existing welfare products and future launches.
