TEAMSYSTEM SPA is seeking a Payments Process Owner to govern the customer payment process across Italy, Spain, and France with later extension to Turkey and Israel. In Italy you will lead the Incomes & Back Office team and ensure standard process execution in the domestic market.

The role requires designing end-to-end payment processes, defining SOPs and controls, and coordinating cross-country stakeholders to achieve KPIs and SoX readiness.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in Process Owner/AR roles in multinational environments.
• Experience in designing multi-country payment and cash application processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (at least one platform at a senior level).
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) for dashboards.
• Fluent English (C1+); Italian proficiency.
• Experience working in CEE/EMEA with Group governance.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end payment and cash application process aligned with Group OT-Cash architecture.
• Define policies, SOPs, and controls for payment processes across countries.
• Coordinate Incomes & Back Office team in Italy ensuring SLA compliance.
• Align units on standard model while managing country-specific requirements (language, taxation, regulatory).
• Define and monitor KPIs: DSO, on-time payment, cash application rate, aging.
