TMF Group is seeking a payroll specialist in Italy with a strong focus on AI-enabled processes. You will manage end-to-end payroll operations, drive automation, and ensure compliance with Italian regulations.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to streamline delivery and data accuracy. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in payroll, fluent Italian, professional English, and experience with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Proven 4+ years of payroll administration in a similar setup.
Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and regulations.
