TMF Group in Italy seeks a payroll professional with a strong focus on AI and automation to optimise payroll operations across Italy. You will collaborate with Technology and Compliance teams to streamline processes and implement AI-powered tooling for clients.

Requires at least 4 years’ payroll experience, solid knowledge of Italian regulations, fluent Italian and English, and hands-on AI tool experience (Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Power BI).
