The World Food Programme (WFP) in Italy seeks an experienced IT Network Consultant to support global network, voice, and video collaboration services. You will design, implement, and maintain resilient connectivity across headquarters, field offices, and cloud environments.

You will lead the transition from legacy PBX to Unified Communications, act as a technical lead for Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise video platforms, and produce technical documentation while guiding vendors.

Competenze

Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are desirable.

Mansioni

Design, implement, and maintain resilient network connectivity across HQ, field offices, and cloud environments.
Lead transition from legacy PBX to Unified Communications and enterprise video conferencing.
Develop and maintain standards, SOPs, and roadmaps for LAN, WAN, wireless, satellite, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
Provide vendor management and produce technical documentation.
