World Food Programme is seeking an IT Network Consultant in Rome, Italy, to lead enterprise networking, unified communications, and voice/video collaboration initiatives. The role focuses on migrating from legacy PBX to modern UC solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, scalable connectivity across HQ, field, and cloud environments.

The consultant will provide architectural guidance for SIP, SBC, Direct Routing, and Teams Phone, while driving governance, documentation, and vendor

Competenze

Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
Relevant certifications are desirable, such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Fortinet NSE/FortiGate Administrator, ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent.

Mansioni

Design, implement and maintain resilient WFP enterprise network connectivity.
Provide senior network guidance for security threats and for QoS across multiple environments.
Lead enterprise video conferencing services and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
