The successful candidate will identify operational bottlenecks, coach local teams, and implement continuous improvement methods, ensuring alignment with global operational excellence standards. Strong Lean Manufacturing and communication skills are essential for this position.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of direct line management experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English for corporate reporting.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
