Ariston Group is seeking an ICT Manufacturing Manager in Fabriano to lead the Digital Factory program across plants, defining the technology roadmap, governing platforms, and ensuring scalable deployments in a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, oversee complex programs, and drive standardization across manufacturing applications while ensuring security, performance and cost control. Fluent Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• Degree in CS/Engineering or manufacturing/SC related field.
• Strong ICT Manufacturing / Digital Factory experience.
• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations (manufacturing, planning, logistics, quality).
• Experience with MES/MOM platforms and IT/OT integration (ISA-95).
• Knowledge of telecom, infrastructure and security architectures.
• Proven ability to lead transformation programs and manage stakeholders in international settings.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Own the evolution, governance and lifecycle of Digital Factory systems across plants.
• Drive standardization of manufacturing applications and processes at Group level.
• Define and steer technology roadmap for manufacturing platforms, ensuring architecture, infrastructure and security alignment.
• Contribute to governance and service model evolution for factory systems.
• Ensure scalable and repeatable deployments across sites via Digital Factory model implementation.
• Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives as senior program owner, coordinating teams and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs with delivery, quality and cost control.
• Collaborate with Digital Manufacturing to prioritize demand across plants.
• Interface with Business Process Owners and global ICT teams to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure service continuity and reliability of manufacturing platforms with internal and external teams.
