Ariston Group is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to contribute to production optimization at our Osimo plant, a World Class Manufacturing site recognized with the Silver Medal. You will work on defining and optimizing production cycles across automatic and manual lines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to collaborate in a multinational environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of industrial processes.

Since 2011, we’ve embraced World Class Manufacturing (WCM), expanded into World Class Logistics (WCL) in 2017, and World Class Engineering (WCE) in 2019. We are now looking for a passionate and driven Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to key plant projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in both automatic and manual assembly lines.
• Analyze and improve production workflows, conduct time studies, support capacity planning, and contribute to layout design.
• Help standardize best practices to support the spread of WCM culture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes.
