Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, is seeking a Logistics & Operations Engineering Intern to support the WCM program. You will contribute to digitalizing inbound processes and improving production logistics within SAP, gaining hands-on experience in a multinational, transformation-driven environment.

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma training, cross-functional teamwork, and practical project work with opportunities for hands-on learning and career growth.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic industrial process knowledge.

We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Engineering Intern to support our WCM program and contribute to impactful production and logistics projects.

Your Mission

• Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions to digitalize and automate inbound delivery notes, starting from the current manual registration process within SAP


• Support the management of inbound logistics and goods receipt processes


• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting related to logistics flows


• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Operations, IT)


• Standardize workflows: Create SOPs, One Point Lessons, and maintenance standards.


• Optimize logistics: Analyze and manage material flows.


• Lead improvements: Participate in Kaizen projects and root cause analysis.
