Ariston Group is seeking a motivated Logistics & Operations Engineering Intern to support the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program and drive production and logistics improvements at the Osimo plant in Italy. You will help digitalize inbound delivery notes within SAP, analyze logistics data, and work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and improve material flows.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, proactive and organized, and familiar with Lean, Six

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic industrial process knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead AI-based digitization and automation of inbound delivery notes (SAP).
• Support inbound logistics and goods receipt management.
• Collect, analyse and report data on logistics flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Operations, IT).
• Standardize workflows with SOPs and training materials.
• Analyse material flows and optimize logistics.
• Participate in Kaizen projects and root-cause analysis.
